I'm back

Whoa, time has flown bye! How's everyone doing? Me? Doing good. Getting a bit more fussy at times, but really checking out everything. Yeah, my new thing is to just look around. Yup, that's it, just look around and take it all in. Have you ever stopped to just look around (don't smell the roses by the way, I don't smell like roses at the moment...if you catch my drift! haha) There is some pretty cool stuff out there to see though. My parents laugh at me and say I make so many funny faces. Hey, have you guys looked in the mirror lately, your pretty funny lookin too.

So, all of my grandparents were here. That was really fun. I already miss them. They did take quite a few pictures of me though. That's good, because I am growing and changing everyday. I swear I am like a few pounds heavier....that's a lot. Mostly muscle of course.

Well, part of the reason I haven't wrote anything lately was due to the Olympics starting. Man, X games and then Olympics, so sweet. Not into curling though, c'mon, you kidding me....curling. It takes like 4 hours to play and nothing really happens. Seriously, why do you need multiple coaches, a strategist, team captain and powerade to play this sport. I don't get it. It's just winter's version of shuffleboard...but not as fun. OK, enough of that. Did you see the snowboarding men's half pipe? Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. The Flying Tomato representing. What tricks will I have to come up with when I start boarding? We have been getting some snow here....FINALLY. SO, I am getting ready to get out there and hit the slopes. Sure, I'm like a month old, yeah, can't walk yet...who cares. Here's my resume. 1. can hold head up. 2. can almost roll over onto back, yeah, really I can. 3. no fear 4. can hold head up 5. know most of the tricks. Pretty good huh, oh yeah, and did I mention the head holding up thing? OK, we'll see what happens.

Alright guys. It's lunch time, then a nap, maybe even two naps, more food then Olympics....man I gotta go, busy day. Take care people!

Love,
Little T

What's up everybody? Wheeewww, I am over two weeks old now. Crazy huh. Man, these days have gone by really fast. I guess when you sleep the majority of the day, that tends to happen! Although I have been a little fussy lately...those are my parents words by the way. I don't know why, just felt like crying a bit more. I feel much better today though, getting in some good naps.

By the way, they are putting me on my stomach for some reason. Heard the doctor say I am strong enough to get some "belly time." What does that mean. This is kinda tuff. Put it this way. Pretend your head weighs 50 pounds and you weigh 8. Then give yourself crazy legs and arms...then try to move around! Yeah, kinda crazy. Although, I kind of liked it for awhile. I could move my head around from side to side. You know, trying to get in a good back workout with some extensions. Gotta stay in tip top shape.

Plus, I can see much better which is awesome. Well...maybe, have you seen my dad? Woah, did you see that hair, crazy looking. haha, just kidding pops. I still have a hard time tracking movement and things aren't perfectly clear yet. I kinda feel like a dang armadillo or something. Relying on sound more than sight! Although I would be the cutest armadillo EVER!!! :-)

So, I am kinda sad too. My Grandma and Grandpa Schweer left yesterday. I had so much fun while they were here. Everytime grandpa held me I slept for like 3 hours, soooo comfortable. Plus I think they did some work around the house. Yeah, I heard the noise of the dremel, saw, and hammer. Sorry I wasn't able to supervise. If I remember correctly I was either napping or watching Top Gear...one of the two. Anyways, I had a great time. Plus, my Grandma and Grandpa Wilt are coming tomorrow. Oh man, can't wait. Although I heard Grandpa is a nut with the camera and taking pictures. Here we go! Good thing I don't have a bad side, so every picture will be perfect. hahaha. Either way I am super excited.

Well, I am back to my birth weight, actually a bit more probably. I do have a pretty healthy appetite. Hey, I like to eat. Have to keep up my strength to keep an eye on my parents. Someone has to keep them in line. Oh, gotta go. Mom just got back and we are headed out to get some toys. YES!! Later.

1week down...

What's going on people? Hey, I am officially a week old today. Man, that has gone by fast. Wow, I remember when I was a day old, that was a crazy day! So much happened. I went from inside to outside. That was an experience in itself. I went from a dark warm room to a bright kinda cold huge room with tons of people running around. Then some dude, my dad I figured out later, was there right when I was born. Yup, we hung out under the "baby incubator" for awhile. Exchanged some hi-fives, (which I plan to bring back), told a few jokes, and talked a bit about the future. That was cool. Then it was a bunch of poking and prodding by doctors....that was not cool. A bath, which was nice. It was just me and a bunch of newborn ladies, what a way to start off.

I have come a long ways from there. I feel bigger and smarter every day. Knowing when to cry and how to do it seems to be the key right now. But, I am trying to learn from these people too. Finally they are getting the hang of this. Plus I got my first bath. Well, my second, but first here at my house. Hey, it wasn't bad. My parents even took pictures, but you can't see them. It's not me, it's them, just because I was naked. Huh, come to think of it, I kinda like being naked. What boy doesn't? Freedom babay. Might have to look into this nakedness thing. But should probably wait until it gets a bit warmer first!

Sad to report I still don't know who this Kali and Layla are yet. Grandma goes on walks with Kali everyday, don't know where they go, or why I can't go with them. What is this special place they are going to, do they discriminate against the wee folk??? I mean c'mon, I am a week old now, it's not like I am a two day old. Don't I get some more freedom and responsibility? Just think about it guys. I have some other ideas to run by you guys too. Oh, you want an example. Ummm, ok. How about a stereo system in my room. Yeah, I love music too. Don't get me wrong, I like my little CD player, but let's bring the bass people. And while we are at it, how about a computer in the ol room too. That would be nice. A Mac would be great, no pc. I am a mac guy. I like doing photos and music on the computer. See. Let's just stick to a couple ideas at a time. Get back to me.

Well, not much else is going on. Sleeping a lot today, kinda tired from sleeping most of the day yesterday and well, the five days before that...pattern? Oh yeah, I got to see my uncle G and aunt Laeleo last night. Cool people for sure, plus my first jean jacket experience! Maybe my last too. :-) Anyways, I think we will be basketball buddies. March Madness is coming up soon and I'm ready.

Ok, time to eat! Peace kids.

Love,
Baby Boy Tanner
